Petrad has entered into an agreement with Norway’s Oil for Development programme to provide courses and other services related to capacity development for managing petroleum resources. The Oil for Development programme assists developing countries in their effort to manage petroleum resources in a sustainable manner. You can read more about Oil for Development here:
