has 15 years of experience from various positions in the Baker Hughes INTEQ oilfield service company.
He joined Petrad in August 2005 as project director, responsible for establishing international training programs,
seminars and workshops in petroleum management and administration. His educational background is in electronic
engineering, business, knowledge management and administration.

During his final 10 years with Baker Hughes INTEQ,he held various managerial positions in training and development, both nationally and internationally.
Hope’s last position there was as team leader for management and employee development for Baker Hughes INTEQ and
Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids globally. He was responsible for various training process improvement projects as well
as training and career programme development and implementation.

Hope was a key player in implementing a global learning management system (LMS), where he had a particular interest in the implementation of e-learning as a
supplement to instructor-led training. He also managed development and coaching for high-potential employees.

For several years, Hope served as a member of the board of the Norwegian Learning Forum (PITF).
