Petrad will be an efficient tool for Norwegian international cooperation in the petroleum sector, and a contributor to the internationalisation of Norway’s oil and gas industry.

As part of the Norwegian contribution to development aid and internationalisation, it will transfer Norwegian government and industry knowledge and experience of managing the petroleum sector through activities, programmes and meetings with a high level of expertise.
